Our Design Principles
Warm guidance, never punishment
Amber tones, never red. "Heads up", never "invalid". Every hiccup gets empathy first, then 2+ paths forward.
Color temperature tells the emotional story
Cool sky blues when you start (safe) shift to warm amber (invested) and resolve to calm green (resolution).
"Go back" always works. Always.
Every single step has "Go back" and "Save for later" visible. You are never trapped, never pressured, never stuck.
Adaptive to who you are
First-timers get extra hand-holding. Busy parents get huge buttons. Researchers get raw data. Same flow, different experience.
Urgency-Adaptive Instant Flow
Asks "How much time do you have?" first, then adapts. Urgent skips ahead. Thorough explains everything. Browsing takes it easy.
Emotional Safety Async Flow
Manages anxiety during the CenterPoint wait. "You have done your part. The rest is on us." Empathetic recovery if something goes sideways.
